Leeds, England -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/05/2010 -- RKW Ventilation Ltd – specialists in the design, manufacture and installation of kitchen canopies, kitchen hoods and kitchen ventilation systems, are currently installing a new kitchen ventilation system at Mitchell's & Butlers, Lambs Green Inn, Corfe Mullen, Dorset.

The new system comprises of three separate stainless steel wall type canopies. The centre canopy has a double sided filter bank and high extraction rate to cope with the large volumes of smoke being produced from a chargrill beneath. The canopies come complete with fans, ductwork, baffle filters, stainless steel wall cladding, lights, an air input system and a three channel gas interlock panel.

Along with numerous Mitchell's & Butlers outlets, RKW Ventilation are currently installing new kitchen ventilation systems at National Trust sites throughout the UK. This week, they are fitting a five metre stainless steel canopy, ductwork and fans at the Grade I listed Calke Abbey National Trust site near Ashbourne.
