"I couldn't feel any more passionate about our Kids Yoga Stories, and it's very satisfying to know that kids, their families, and reviewers have all embraced the stories and the motivation behind the stories."

Rachel's Day in the Garden, illustrated by Hazel Quintanilla, tells the story of the young girl named Rachel enjoying a wonderful spring day in the garden with her dog. Other creatures like a bee, a butterfly, and a caterpillar all share their secrets about healthy movement and play.

Feedback for Rachel's Day in the Garden has been completely positive.

Amy B. recently said in a five-star review, "What a great way to get involved with exercising, especially yoga. A very inventive way to associate yoga poses with real things. Makes it fun for the kids, and they see it not as a form of exercise. The illustrations were bright and well-drawn. I think this is a perfect idea for children, and the possibilities could be endless with other exercise ideas. Kids will love this story!"
