Before the party began, ImageFIRST treated the female associates to a complimentary makeover. At the beginning of the day, students from the Lancaster County Career and Technology Cosmetology class came into the office. The breakroom was turned into a salon where the women could get their hair, nails, and makeup done for the event.
Danielle Miller, the office manager, explained, "This made the associates feel really special to get all dolled up for the event. This part of the day was a huge hit; we had many female associates attend." She added, "They all left very excited to spend the night feeling pretty with their ImageFIRST family."
Later in the day, the celebration began. It was held at a banquet hall at The Eden Resort in Lancaster, PA. At the party, associates dressed up in formal attire, danced, and spent time with each other outside of work. The event included dinner, a DJ, and raffle prizes.
"Thanks to this event, our associates were able to come together in a non-working environment and spend time getting to know each other and the management staff. We had a remarkable turn out for a Saturday night," said Miller.
Miller also added that the event was held well ahead of the holiday season so as not to conflict with associates' personal commitments.
