London, UK -- (SBWire) -- 03/22/2016 --Andrew S. Callender – the founder of ADX3D, and an accomplished visual artist, launched a KICKSTARTER campaign for the the development of up to 15 episodes of a web-based Graphic Novel, CERN 2116.

The Blog styled graphic novel explores the possibilities of a different world and it's effect on human life over the next 100 years. This web-based novel will be packed with exciting, and thought-provoking stories about the drastic, but inevitable changes the world will undergo by 2116, taking readers to a new level of fictional excitement in an interactive web-based environment - where readers are actively invited to be part of the developing plot. CERN 2116 is a new kind of Novel, that brings ideas, issues, and stories of life 100 years from now – to life, now. CERN's engaging, and thought-provoking style interweaves a semi-utopic future, with a troubled present, and 'lesson-filled' past, and predicts an imaginative yet plausible Human destiny.

Andrew asserts that in 2116, the abundance and easy of access of food, energy, land, natural resources, know-how, technology, and the collective human will and desire for progress -will usher in the New-Golden-Age of Mankind.

Andrew elaborates, "There is ACTION, ADVENTURE, INTRIGUE, HUMOUR, FASHION, ART, ROBOTS, CLONES, AUGMENTED & ENHANCED HUMANS (yes- Simon Cowell, Boris Johnson, Lady Gaga, and the Kardashians are there too), SUPER INTELLIGENCE, SUPER COMPUTERS, and a healthy dose of WILD SPECULATION, RECKLESS 'WHAT-IFS', and UNBRIDLED 'WISHFUL THINKING'."

This project will only be funded if at least £10,000 is pledged by Fri, Apr 8 2016 3:01 PM PDT. Pledging £10,000 within 22 days is a huge task, but Andrew is confident that this project will easily reach its target because this Sci-? Graphic Novel builds on the intrinsic human desire to secure a better world, a better life, and an enduring existence for generations beyond – and would readily appeal to the vast, and discerning audience of change-activist, futurist, fantasist, social and environmental scientists, and of course the Epicurean science fiction fan.

The money collected through this project will be used to finance the rewards of the KICKSTARTER supporters, for upgrading the website of CERN 2116, for securing the technology, software and hardware required to translate this idea into hours of nail-biting, gripping drama that will be brought to life by the graphic genius of this artist.

While discussing the future plans of CERN, Andrew stated that, "It is our plan to develop CERN into an ongoing account (i.e. there will be a CERN 2118, CERN 2020 and so on) that can engage and entertain a Fan and Support base of those interested in supporting, and being part of this FUTURE. At the end of each year we will compile and publish the previous 12 months' worth of episodes. We would love someday to animate the entire story, but that lies further into the future than we dare to go - now".
