Indeed, Newport Corp reported that its Total Revenue rose from $560.05 million for the 12 months period that ended on December 28, 2013 to $605.15 million for the 12 months period that ended on January 3, 2015 and that its respective Net Income grew from $15.60 million to $35.06 million. In addition, the plaintiff alleges that the process is also unfair to NASDAQ:NEWP stockholders.
