LiveChat was designed to help guests receive a personalized high-touch destination experience, where a trusted advisor is available to help the visitor decide what to do next, make reservations or purchase tickets. Originally developed for use by traditional hotel concierge desks, LiveChat will now be offered as an optional, fully-integrated feature of VisitMobile’s Mobile Concierge destination travel smartphone app for convention and visitor bureaus (CVBs), destination marketing organizations (DMOs), and business improvement districts (BIDs).

Like nothing else in the market, LiveChat allows the destination’s staff to manage multiple guest conversations at once using the intuitive interface portal.
