This grade indicates Moderate Performance Capability and Low Financial Strength. This grade indicates that the level of creditworthiness, adjudged in relation to other Small Scale Industries (SSIs) in India. This rating is valid for one year and can be exercised under any of the assigned schemes by National Small Industries Corporation Limited, New Delhi (NSIC).
