The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, in association with Albert Lowry, is announcing the CT REIA monthly real estate investing meeting on June 18, 2012. This meeting will take place from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, located at 100 Berlin Road in Cromwell, CT.
At 5:45, attendees will have an opportunity to network with other real estate professionals. At 6:00, there will be an early bird workshop. At this portion of the event, attendees can have their real estate deal analyzed by CT REIA experts. At 6:30 there will be a speed-networking portion of the event. At 7:00, members will announce their property deals. At 7:15, Dr. Albert Lowry will begin his presentation. Attendees of this seminar will learn: how to buy real estate below market value; how to profit from the bank's loss; how to locate distressed properties; how to research and evaluate foreclosure properties; how to calculate profits; how to make offers on shadow inventory (bank-owned property that the bank has not yet listed with a Realtor); and much more.
Epitomizing the saga of “rags to riches,” Dr. Albert Lowry has risen to become America's premier authority on real estate investing. He started out with no money, but he did have a burning desire to succeed, plus plenty of common sense. He began fulfilling his dream by getting his real estate license and learning how to sell property. He listened and learned, then soon figured out that properties could be purchased with no money down.
Using this technique, he rapidly began acquiring duplexes and triplexes, and did the routine maintenance himself. He continued building his portfolio and began expanding his method to include leveraging, rehabilitating, and exchanging his investments. He mastered the real estate market and began creating the concepts and techniques that are the backbone of the Lowry Formula.
Lowry and his two business partners have purchased 200 properties in the last four years alone. They have been using a technique that is working quite well in today’s market. He will share this with all who attend this meeting.
