Carrollton, TX -- (SBWire) -- 08/13/2010 -- Launched in 2008, the Achiever McBeaver and The College Crew character education program has achieved great success in a short period of time. Utilizing the broad reach of a school PA system, elementary schools are able to present campus wide Character Education material without draining already thin staff manpower or taking much time from the classroom. In an economic climate of severe budget cutbacks, school counselor/teacher layoffs, steep academic demands, and drastic record deficits – Achiever Radio is now reaching tens of thousands of students as principals look for new, efficient, effective, and innovative ways of meeting character education needs.

The educator design team at Achiever Radio announced in the spring of 2010 a new grant program specifically created for Tile 1 campuses. The Achiever McBeaver educator team desires to impact students at our nation’s neediest schools, and as such have recently extended the grant program to include an additional 12 Title 1 campuses. Schools that are approved into this limited program will receive free radio kit materials for campus wide use. The grant program is to begin in the 2010-2011 calendar school year – for more information regarding the grant or to apply – please contact the Achiever Radio team at info@achievermcbeaver.com.
