Now at the head of Mole Street's Marketing and Creative Services Department, Alicia uses her design skills and years of experience as a copywriter to effectively market Mole Street's clients.

Alicia began her advertising and marketing career at Havas Worldwide in New York City, creating TV commercials, print, digital, and social media campaigns for national brands such as Woolite, Durex, Volvo and Lean Cuisine. After working for half a decade in the Big Apple, Alicia joined Philadelphia advertising agency, Red Tettemer O'Connell & Partners, where she became an integral member of a small, creative powerhouse. In summer 2014, Alicia was contracted as a copywriter at Fame House (SFX), working on music brands like Eminem and festival brands like Corona SunSets and Electric Zoo New York.
"My experience in going from one of the largest agencies in the world to mid-sized agencies in Philadelphia, and now to Mole Street has really given me a broad view of how agencies function at every size. I've been programmed to think on a grand scale and push our team to come up with ways to make big branding ideas work responsibly for our clients' dollar," said Lapann.
Alicia graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communications and has received numerous accolades for her creative work, including a Clio Image Award, Silver Effie and inclusion in Communication Arts Magazine and The ACT Responsible Expo at Cannes Lions Int'l Festival of Creativity. Alicia has had the honor of working with musician/director, Rob Zombie on a TV commercial for Woolite and has also presented her creative campaign for Bedsider.org to The World Health Organization.
