Astoria, NY -- (SBWire) -- 12/09/2010 -- On the surge of his successful summer single "Blue Collar Man," Johnny Jolin was approached about joining the Christian Country Music Association. Now as a member, Jolin adds to his exposure as well as reinforces the values that he shares with the organization. As a follow up to the single Jolin goes to work this winter with producer Tim Breon to record his new studio album. Several songs have already been cut and the project seems to be "falling together perfectly" according to Jolin. "I really want to push the limits on this record. There are some songs I've recorded for this project that I'm really proud of and I can't wait for my fans to hear them." The record has a tentative release date of May 24th, 2011.
Jolin signed with LWM Records, a label that he co-founded with Living Wills Music CEO Andrew Scott Wills, in June of 2010. The label quickly hired longtime musician and businessman Adam Williams to handle A&R and daily operations.
Accomplished bassist/producer and long-time colleague of Jolin, Tim Breon was a no-brainer to produce the project. Breon is most known for being member of the David Rose Band as well as playing with the likes of Clay Aiken, Olivia Newton-John, Davy Jones, and Jazz-great David Liebman.
