Dubai, UAE -- (SBWire) -- 01/26/2011 -- In love with all things Italian? Eton Institute, the UAE’s largest language institute, is hosting a memorable cultural evening ‘Ciao Italia!’ featuring the delights of Italian language, culture and cuisine. This free community event scheduled for Sunday, 06 February, 7 pm-9 pm, will take attendees on a memorable journey to experiencing the wonderful Italian way of life from food and music to fashion and etiquette.
Director of Eton Institute, Dr. Eli Abi Rached, commented: “A big part of learning any language is understanding and respecting the culture. Italians are very passionate about their food, fashion, and football so we decided to host a cultural evening for those interested in learning more about Italy and its wonderful language. As Elizabeth Gilbert eloquently declared in her bestselling book ‘Eat, Pray, Love’, people learn Italian quite simply because it is the most beautiful language in the world.”
‘Ciao Italia!’ will be a memorable two hour social and cultural experience where participants will learn to live, and eat, as passionately as the Italians. The evening will feature Italian favourites such as authentic espresso coffee and a pizza making tutorial – just like mama does it – combined with Italian song while being deliciously immersed in the flavours of Italy.
The Ciao Italia! cultural evening will be held at Eton Institute’s new fully-equipped Language Studio, the UAE’s first free resource and multimedia library for language lovers, located at Dubai Knowledge Village. Scheduled for Sunday, 06 February, from 7 pm to 9 pm, the cultural evening is an absolutely FREE open event. Prior confirmation of attendance by e-mail is mandatory as places are limited and will be offered on a first-come first-serve basis.
