He will lead the company in developing new applications for existing products, as well as designing new products to meet the demand for environmentally friendly packaging materials.

Stammen is a patent-level engineer with an extensive background in composite material manufacturing. He holds his B.S.M.E and M.B.A. from Wright State University. Stammen has nearly 20 years of product development experience and is attributed with 24 U.S. patents.
