Here is the RPC Lettings journey condensed -
August 2003 – RPC formed a limited company with 10 landlords and 23 properties on the books.
September 2003 – RPC opened a small office in Padiham, took on one additional employee and added properties to their books.
July 2006 – RPC moved into the office on Briercliffe Road, took on additional staff (who are still there today) and joined a number of schemes and associations including Burnley Council Good Landlord and Agent Scheme, NALS and The Property Ombudsman
October 2008 – RPC joined the Private Rental Sector Forum to take an active part in the dialogue between Landlords and the council, helping their landlord comply with new regulations.
2009 – Founder and MD Mujeeb Rehman was named in the Under 35's Who's Who of Britain's Business Elite.
July 2010 - RPC doubled the size of their office, again taking on additional staff.
July 2011 - RPC Lettings started advertising property on the Zoopla portal.
April 2015 – RPC opened an additional office in Horwich.
Today - RPC now manage over 800 properties for over 150 landlords.
