Lisa Domeny is the author of the award winning children's book Winnie and the Red Winniebago. She lives in Australia and founded Team Golden Oldies, a group dedicated to adopting senior dogs and giving them a safe and loving forever home to see out their days.
Lisa started her love affair with senior dogs while fostering 13 year old Maggie. Although she only had Maggie for 9 months, the joy of watching her enjoying life was immeasurable. It is Lisa's hope that the Team Golden Oldies will encourage people to adopt senior dogs.
