Cary, NC -- (SBWIRE) -- 12/17/2013 -- Beavers Caring Family Dentistry, a Cary based practice, recently honored United States Veterans by offering free dental work for Veteran’s Day.
Thirteen veterans were given free cleanings, x-rays, fillings, and one extraction from the Dentistry Practice in Cary. Out of these thirteen veterans, all branches of the military were represented; between the veterans, there were representatives from Vietnam, Desert Storm, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
Dr Keith Beavers from the Beavers Caring Family Dentistry was reached for this statement: “We wanted to help as many people as possible. Unfortunately, some of our Veterans know they need a filling or cleaning but are unable to receive the help they need. This was just one way we could say thank you for your service! “
Beavers Caring Family Dentistry in Cary wanted to give back and honor our veterans after the loss felt by their own dental assistant, Christina Bragman, who lost her veteran husband to cancer. MSgt. Donald Charles Bragman, Jr. passed away in July 2013, and the Cary Dentist Office felt that the best way to honor Donald among other veterans was to offer free services for Veteran’s Day.
