Previous apprentice Terence Sharp had a particularly fruitful affinity with the company as he developed bespoke software for Bella Bathrooms, the software provides a system that is used by the entire company. Indeed the IT team as a whole are supported by this apprenticeship training scheme plus additional training specific to this area of the business such as SEO and functionality which is particularly important to an online company. This support has helped former apprentices Alex Wilson and Kris Futter to develop their own IT skills and become vital members of the team. Such is there experience they are now capable of supporting any new ITEC recruits.

The development of these apprentices is crucial as Bella Bathrooms aims to expand further in the future. The staff currently process more than 2,000 inquiries per month alongside the 1,000 average monthly orders which will only increase long term.
