Melbourne, FL -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/07/2014 -- The annual Daytona Bach Bike Week event is scheduled to begin on March 7 and will run until March 16. This year marks the 73rd anniversary of the Daytona Bike Week event. The week celebrates motorcyclists with a series of occasions, with bikers from all over the nation in attendance.
Since its beginnings nearly three quarters of a century ago, Bike Week has been regarded as one of the best events in the nation centered on recreational motorcycling. Harley Davidson will hold a series of events at the Daytona International Speedway. In addition, the St. Johns Rivership Company will be offering a River Week Bike Party Cruise with live music out on the water.
Other events include the Chopped Baggers Bike Show at Riverfront Park, live music at the Iron Horse Saloon, a flea market that will be open all week, and more. Visitors can learn about the latest in biker fashion and pick up new motorcycle parts or accessories. The Volusa County Fairgrounds will even be hosting a week-long motorcycle swap meet, and many regional restaurants will also offer specials for Bike Week participants. Attendees are encouraged to stay at the local Hilton Hotel, the official hotel for the event series, though other lodging (including camping) is also available.
Brad Sinclair of Sinclair Law looks forward to participating in the event. Sinclair himself is an avid biker, and his legal focus is on personal injury and wrongful death throughout Brevard County, Florida, with a special interest in protecting biker rights and safety. Sinclair has even created a website devoted to this called MotorcycleRights.com
“I am very excited for the upcoming Bike Week event,” commented Sinclair. “This is one of the biggest event series in the state of Florida that is focused specifically on bikers. It’s not just about great deals and new parts, though; it’s also about keeping in touch with a community of bikers who share interests and experiences.”
