Chad Kemenah, the Finley, Ohio native who began his racing career in 1988, grabbed his first World of Outlaws (WoO) win since 2009 at Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio. Kemenah and his Champion Racing Oil Sprint Car won the 30 lap A-Main Friday night.

Kemenah competes in WoO series, one of the toughest circuits in the nation, where he finished a very respectable 9th in points in 2011.
