An experienced Certified Professional Life Coach and a Certified Professional Social Branding Coach, Ross founded Get Over Yourself Career and Life Coaching, Inc. in 2014 to help mid-career professionals get unstuck by showing them how to get out of their own way. "I Call B.S." invites audience members to get unstuck by joining a candid conversation focused on topics that address how self-talk leads to action, actions then lead to habits, which ultimately influence results. Special guests engage "T. Ross" in lively interactive discussions with listeners that entertain, challenge and educate.

"You can't put your finger on your purpose and continue doing what you're doing. Once you know, you have to do something," said Ross during the kick-off show.
