Thackray Crane Rental, Inc. Announces Inaugural Recipient of the Walter J. Thackray Scholarship at the Philadelphia Foundation
Thackray Crane Rental, Inc. is pleased to announce the first recipient of the Walter J. Thackray Scholarship at The Philadelphia Foundation, one of the country's oldest and the Greater Philadelphia region's largest community foundation. This scholarship has been created in fond memory of the company's co-founder and family patriarch, Walter J. Thackray, who passed away in 2010. It is the company's intention to foster his legacy of philanthropy and charitable giving through awarding this scholarship to a deserving recipient.
