Jeffrey Walker; A Philadelphia Police Officer for twenty-four years from 1989 until his termination in 2013, born in West Philadelphia, a regular kid from a regular, middle-class black neighborhood.
Mr. Walker was arrested on May 21, 2013 by the FBI for Hobbs Act Robbery and immediately began to cooperate with the federal government.
