THERAPY-IV Discusses Miami Beach's Anti Smoking Initiative
Miami Beach recently placed two signs near the southern end of Lummus Park at 5th Street and at 86th Street in the North Beach area. While the signs do say "Thank you for not smoking" and have an image that suggests smoking is banned, the decision to do so is entirely voluntary and there are currently no plans to enforce them.
