Devil's Couriers Parodies Sons of Anarchy in a Unique Format
Los Angeles, CA -- (SBWIRE) -- 08/26/2014 -- Sons of Anarchy. The very name conjures up visions of Harleys, guns, biker chics and outlaws. A popular and award-winning television series, it has made a niche for itself in television history. When FX announced its demise, fans went out of their way to let producers know they were not happy with the decision. Imitation being the sincerest form of flattery, it seemed only fitting that a digital series emerged spoofing the popular show. Hugely popular after one season, Devil’s Couriers has launched an Indiegogo campaign to begin production on their second season.
Devil's Couriers is made by Go Diesel Productions, a company founded in 2008 by Shane Cibella and Tim Aslin with a mission to facilitate creative ideas by giving themselves and other artists the ability to create, distribute, and market high quality original content while keeping production costs much lower than traditional television.
The goal for this campaign is to complete funding for twenty new episodes of the series and then to combine both Season 1 and Season 2 into a Feature Film.
Season 1 of Devil's Couriers earned official selections at several prestigious film festivals allowing Go Diesel Productions to form a partnership with Collective Digital Studios. The production company has designed exclusive perks to reward fans with direct involvement in the filming process. Producer credits, an ACTUAL ROLE IN THE SHOW, signed scripts and Digital Mugshots on the Devil's Couriers Official Website are just a few of the perks. One special and exciting perk will even allow the investor to name the baby about to be born in Season 2. There is also a Referral Contest allowing fans to win prizes valued at over $725 just by sharing the campaign on social media!
