Draper, UT -- (SBWIRE) -- 08/02/2018 -- EDsmart's ranking of most affordable online RN to BSN programs is the most comprehensive and well-rounded to date.The ranking includes only fully accredited schools that offer an online RN to BSN program. Rankings are based solely on net price as published in the National Center for Education Statistics database.

The EDsmart2019 ranking for the Most Affordable Online RN to BSN Programs finds California State University at Dominguez Hills in the top spot at a net price of $3,297.Pensacola State College and The University of Texas at El Paso come in second and third, respectively.
