One Exercise Session Can Change the Body
To get the full benefits of exercise, including extended life, protection from disease, weight loss, and improved sleep, it needs to be done on a regular basis. But this isn’t to say that engaging in some exercise, even one session, doesn’t offer a few instantaneous rewards. While the recommendations are to engage in at least 2-2 ½ hours of exercise per week, even one session of moderate-intensity aerobic activity has numerous benefits for the body and mind.
