Venezuelan Cellist Carmine Miranda Wins Global Music Awards' Highest Honor for His Recording Release Piatti: 12 Caprices
Young Venezuelan/American international recording artist and soloist Carmine Miranda was awarded "Gold Medal" from the Global Music Awards for his Piatti: 12 Caprices For Solo Cello newest recording released by the American classical music label Navona Records . On December 12, 2014 Global Music Awards announced the young cellist as the recipient of their highest honor; "Best of Show". Past Global Music Awards "Gold Medal" recipients include acclaimed British cellist Steven Isserlis and Los Angeles Philharmonic Venezuelan conductor Gustavo Dudamel.
