Changes to Employment Law - Aston Brookes Comment
With a number of key changes to keep aware of, The Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 became law on the 26th March. It contains a number of implications which include changes regarding the reporting of equal pay, whistleblowing, zero hours contracts and how the minimum wage is implemented. However, no commencement orders were made before parliament ended on the 30 March, so when these proposed changes will actually take effect is debatable.
