Probiotics May Be the Key to a Healthy Weight: Happy Kombucha Comments
According to a recent study published in the journal 'Obesity', a regular intake of Probiotics may help to combat weight gain. It involved research at Virginia Tech University, where 20 healthy men were studied - ordered to consume a high-fat and high-calorie diet for a month, yet some also taking a daily milkshake with Probiotics blended in. The results were that there was lower fat accumulation and lower body mass gain by the men who had the Probiotic milkshake.
