Bauer Brofsky Discusses Estate Planning and Dubious Wills
One of the estate planning myths discussed was the importance of having an estate plan to distribute property upon death regardless of how little property an individual property may own. Because of differing state laws an estate may not be distributed in a way that a person deems fit or agrees with. The importance of hiring an estate planning attorney and discussing an estate plan regardless of a person's age was also discussed.
