Throughout the 13-week program, participants will notice significant improvements not only in their diet but also in every facet of their lifestyle. The following dates are set for the next session: Monday evenings: 6:15 PM-8:15 PM beginning September 19th to December 12th & Tuesday mornings: 9:30 AM-11:30 AM beginning September 20th to December 13th.
