Traditionally dairy has been the most common type of probiotic products, however according to new research this could soon change, with the growth of non-dairy probiotic beverages expected to grow at a CAGR of 9.6% from 2017 to 2022. Drinks in this category include but are not limited to HHP juices, almond milk, kombucha and kefir.
