When it is complete, it will consist of three art deco-inspired buildings, two large pool decks overlooking the ocean, and a pair of fine dining options. These dining options are being called Dalia and Pubblica Italiana.
Dalia will consist of a seafood and Mediterranean menu. The restaurant will feature a courtyard that can seat up to 150 people. There will also be an open kitchen, wood-fired oven, plus fresh oysters on display. Guests will be able to dine on foods like labneh with pomegranate, wagyu moussaka, falafel fritters, and lots more.
Pubblica Italiana will feature a broad selection of wines from all over the globe plus foods such as braised short rib cavatelli in red wine, fried zucchini, and lots of other delicious dishes.
