I.M.P Music PR today announced the release of "The Mess We Made" the intense new record from Tomás Doncker and his True Groove All Stars. When the Charleston Massacre happened, Doncker found himself infuriated and grief stricken, driving him to write eight songs in four days. He went to his producer with no intention of recording the tracks, but one thing led to another and he wound up with his most passionate and driven record to date. An album that deals with heady political concepts, Doncker poetically pontificates about the state of racial inequality in America.

In the midst of what may very well be the busiest period of Doncker's career he and his True Groove All Stars, featuring iconic musicians such as Mac Gollehon, Marla Mase and Joshua Barret, are more focused than ever before. Fresh off a filming for MNN the band is getting ready to go on a short tour of the Northeast at the end of January.
