Weener Plastics to acquire Proenfar to expand product portfolio
In April 2018-, Dutch plastic packaging supplier Weener Plastics (WP) Group has agreed to acquire Proenfar, a packaging solutions provider based in Latin America and currently owned by Altra Investments.
