In addition to an obsession for pets, the team members have backgrounds in healthcare, health information and web applications development. The entire existing Petrific.com website, including a plethora of backend functionality and all marketing to date, has been self-funded. The team founded Petrific to provide a better electronic system for tracking pet health information and empower pet owners and caregivers.

What does Petrific currently do?
- provides pet owners a completely free Online Pet Health Record
- offers free online services to support rescue organizations and adoption agencies
- helps caregivers, such as veterinarians, access the electronic health information they need to better care for pets whenever and wherever
- is growing to be a leader in helping reunite lost pets with their families.
Built on a backbone of respect and nurturing for all animals, Petrific.com and the forthcoming Petrific mobile app are reinventing how communities can work together to reunite lost pets with their owners. The mobile app will unite animal lovers with a common goal.
Funding from our Petrific Partners will be used for:
- Building the app for pet lovers and pet professionals to share their vast knowledge on how to better care for pets.
- Building the Lost and Found functionality for the app.
