Getting it Wrong:
- It has been said that some recruitment agencies don't tell their candidate who they're going to send their CV too and end us sending it everywhere, which means the candidate doesn't get a job which fits their requirements.
- Some recruitment agencies have been said to have lost the art of recruitment, meaning they no longer have a process.
Note: This only applies to some recruiters not all.
Getting it Right:
- For the recruiters who are getting it wrong, HR News have said that recruiters should go back the basics and learn it again.
- Always put clients and candidates first, and meet their requirements and needs.
