Susan Sipprelle is a filmmaker and founder of Tree of Life Productions. She produced the award-winning documentary Set for Life and the online project Over 50 and Out of Work. Her most recent film is Soldier On: Life After Deployment; it will be shown on public television in 2017.Sue has been interviewed on television about Set for Life and Over 50 and Out of Work, which is also featured in both print and online publications. In June 2011, Sue testified before the U.S. Senate HELP Committee about unemployment among older Americans. Sue writes for StayThirsty.com and has been published in the Huffington Post, NextAvenue.org and The New York Times. Sue graduated with honors from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, New York University's Stern School of Business and Williams College. She is a member of New York Women in Film and Television and serves on the Williams College Presidential Advisory Council and the Newport Performing Arts Center Board.
About Veteran Natasha Young
Natasha Young was born and raised in Lawrence, MA and currently resides in Haverhill, MA with her young son Julian. A 12-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Natasha served two tours of duty in Iraq and one recruiting duty stateside before a medical discharge in October 2011. Since her discharge, Natasha has overcome significant medical and psychological barriers. She has dedicated herself to helping other veterans overcome the struggles of their transitions, lead new lives in their communities and set an example for others. Natasha was honored by the White House in March 2013 as a Champion of Change for her work with veterans and The Mission Continues by challenging them to serve again here at home. Currently Natasha is completing her Social Work degree with the plan of helping veterans assimilate back into today's society. Her mission is to make Veterans aware, women in particular, of being a valuable and integral part of their communities.

Dr. Suzanne B. Phillips has been a practicing psychologist, psychoanalyst, group therapist and professor for over 30 years. She is the co-author of three books and over 40 articles and chapters. Most recently, she co-authored Healing Together: A Couple's Guide to Coping with Trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress. She has written and presented on a wide range of topics including couples, marriage, divorce, trauma, teens, pets, midlife, military, managing stress, infidelity, resilience, bereavement and family issues. Her work has been recognized with awards such as The Suffolk County Psychological Association Psychology of the Year Award, The Rutgers University GSAPP Lifelong Distinguished Achievement Award, and The American Group Psychotherapy Association Social Responsibility Award.
