Levittown, PA -- (SBWIRE) -- 07/08/2014 -- Interstock Premium Cabinetry (IPC) has been selected as the supplier of high quality cabinets for the joint venture between Toll Brothers Apartment Living and Brandywine Realty Trust. IPC will be supplying almost 5,000 cabinets in an exclusive Java Shaker style to meet the demanding requirements of the developers.

The new project, PARC, which is now rising at 134 Plymouth Road in Plymouth Meeting, PA will feature a mix of one and two bedroom luxury residences with a first class amenity package. The 20 acre site will have 45% open space and will be a luxurious state-of-the-art, multi-family community.

When complete, PARC will include nearly 400 residential rental apartments within 7 elevator-served buildings. Additionally, an 11,000 square foot leasing center and clubhouse is planned with every imaginable amenity, including an outdoor pool and plaza, volleyball and bocce courts, pet spa and massage rooms. Project completion is slated for the end of 2015.
