She will work directly with the vast pool of video mystery shoppers to ensure that the specific shop demographics and logistics requested by the new home builder clients are matched as closely as possible.

Kellie will also carry out the role of Follow Up Coordinator by making sure all email and telephone follow up required from the new home sales advisors is reported accurately and in a timely way to the client.
