This season, the team over at Leck's Greenhouses is happy to announce that for the first time ever they will be hosting their 1st Annual AppleFest!
AppleFest is set to take place on Saturday, Oct. 13th, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Sunday, Oct. 14th, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, at Leck's Greenhouses location at 1637 Desire Ave., Feasterville, PA 19053.
AppleFest will include a variety of activities for the whole family, incorporating a range of fun and old-fashioned farm festival-themed games that kids will love. Food will include fresh, local, and delicious orchard apples from Tabora Farms, a local farm that has been in operation since the mid-1700s, as well as mouthwatering candy apples, apple cider donuts, and apple cider.
Fun activities for kids include pumpkin painting and bobbing for apples, among other games. There will even be competitions for who can most accurately guess the number of candy corn in the jar, as well as the weight of a large pumpkin. Prizes for these games will include t-shirts, gift cards, and more.
There will also be a photo op set up for families and groups of friends to take photos to remember and celebrate the new autumn season. All are encouraged to attend this fun-filled event.
