Amerimar Enterprises recently took ownership of one of the east coast's most important buildings: 401 N. Broad Street. Behind its façade lies the most fiber-dense structure between New York and Virginia. It is a mecca for the telecommunications and tech industries because it serves as a center for internet traffic that also offers infrastructure to carriers and other service providers. Amerimar Enterprises has taken on the task of renovating this property in order to bring it up to current industry specs. For their grand opening party, though, Metrospect Events transformed the raw and blank space into an awe-inspiring VIP experience complete with elaborate lighting design, extravagant décor, a 24ft. LED bar, lounge furniture and an eclectic display of hanging lanterns and florals. There was also an outdoor lighting display that included a Hollywood sky tracker and custom lejavascript:void(0)d lights to enhance the signage on the building. In addition, catering was provided by Philadelphia staple, DiBruno Brothers.
The industry has been buzzing for some time now in anticipation for this grand opening because the facility itself has been falling into shambles due to its previous owner's neglect, and a building as important as this one needs to have its care and maintenance minded.
