The entertainment consisted of a mix of national acts and Philadelphia locals. The Grammy Award winner, Lil Jon headlined, along with support from Vassy, Rozes, Clef and Canberra, DJ Freezie and Mr. Hollywood DJ. Along with the sensational performers, there were top shelf cocktails, gourmet fare provided by Wolfgang Puck and an abundance of attendees, many of whom are high profile personalities. Among the featured guests were Brenna Weick, Miss New Jersey 2016, Jessica Indio, Miss Tri County 2017 and Mike Missanelli of the Fanatic 97.5.
Spawn in 1995 by Dan Cronin and Robert Molinaro (co-founders of Metrospect Events and Chorus Communications) as a way to raise funds for charity while giving their network of friends, coworkers and family a night of pure fun, Hair O' The Dog has grown into one of Philadelphia's most prominent and highly anticipated events. Voted Best Event in Philly by Philadelphia Nightlife Awards, and also deemed "Philly's Most Glamorous Bash," Hair O' The Dog sells thousands of tickets annually, while staying true to their initial ideology, and donating a portion of proceeds to charity.
A portion of this year's proceeds supported Bianca's Kids, a New Jersey-based charity that grants wishes to underprivileged children across the United States.
