YMC-SEC MAB is a size exclusion chromatography (SEC) column that utilizes a dihydroxypropyl stationary phase bonded to a 3 µm silica gel base with 250Å pore size.

3µm particle size delivers high resolution, and the 250Å pore size makes YMC-SEC MAB an excellent choice for separating mAb aggregates from monomer, as well as effectively resolving lower molecular weight fragments.

YMC-SEC MAB exhibits excellent resolution and peak shape over a wide molecular weight range of 10kDa to 700kDa.

YMC-SEC MAB is also useful for SEC analysis of antibody drug conjugates using organic-containing mobile phases.
