Vaughan, ON -- (SBWIRE) -- 08/06/2015 -- Laura Cavacece is a 26 year old singer, songwriter, performer, vocal coach, actress and producer from Toronto, Ontario. Cavacece is one of the most successful budding vocalists in the entire world, and her career definitely bests that of any other unsigned recording artist from her home city. The Canadian singer's knack for singing was discovered at an early age, but just as the career of a young Laura Cavacece started to take off, her parents (who were her management at the time) pulled the plug, stating that she was too young to fully embrace the music industry and everything that comes with it.
Laura won a radio competition in 2006 that entailed $1,500 worth of studio time, and this marked her official return to the world of music. Since 2006, Cavacece's career has soared through the skies of the music industry. The young singer and songwriter's most notable achievements up until now are singing the national anthem at an NFL game on three separate occasions, being on the NFL roster of singers for an annual National anthem performance, and tapping into her vocal coach side to found and pioneer Canada's number one vocal competition, Hidden Talent Canada. Laura is the Founder and acting Executive Producer and Main Judge of Hidden Talent Canada, which is in its eighth season and has an ever-growing fan base.
A new single by Laura Cavacece has been a long time coming, and the singer simply can't wait to give her fans what they have been patiently waiting for. Cavacece plans on releasing "Go Now", a song sung by Laura herself and written in collaboration with Kareem James and Jordan Lewis of popular LA label OSS Productions, sometime during August 2015.
"I want people to be able to relate to things I have to say about life, love and virtues through my lyrics in my songs", says the Canadian singer who hopes to see her upcoming single top charts all across the nation, with a little help from her fans, of course. To show that she will never give up on doing what her heart is most devoted to – singing – and as a token of gratitude to her fans, Laura will also be dropping an EP consisting of five songs in September, approximately a month after the release of "Go Now".
