Apopka, FL -- (SBWIRE) -- 08/13/2014 -- The band Meka Nism, of Orlando, Florida, is getting ready to record their second EP entitled "The Shift". The writing has already begun and will be going into the recording process later this summer. All of the support that this band has received since their debut EP "The Dance at the End of the World" has made it possible for their growth as musicians and as a band. They have spent the past several months writing new material and perfecting their stage set to be ready for the road next year. To bring this new project to life, the band is fortunate enough to be working with some of the most talented musicians, engineers, and producers in the area.

In December 2014, Meka Nism wants to independently release their second EP entitled "The Shift" comprising of fiver original songs. However, in order to make sure this happens, they need funding help from the Kickstarter community.

Adequate funding will help them meet the following expenses:

- Record/Produce the EP
- Commission Album Artwork / Photography
- Make Physical Copies of "The Shift"
- Promote the New Album
- Host an Album Release
- Prepare for Tour and come to different cities
