SuperCondense a Hit with UK and Canada QuickBooks Users
SuperCondense is the missing puzzle piece for Canadian and UK QuickBooks versions
Brandon, MB -- (SBWire) -- 02/26/2019 --A SuperCondense service is an enhanced condense that reduces the size of a QuickBooks file by 40 to 80 percent, resulting in improved speed and performance.
Over time, QuickBooks files are bound to show you the hand when it's reached its file size limitations. QuickBooks Pro and Premier have file size limitations, such as lists being limited to 14,500. The definition of "too large a file" is not defined in QuickBooks. However, there is a point where your file size becomes too big and slowdowns start to happen, or QuickBooks start to crash. The large files can be slow and often get corrupted easily.
QuickBooks Enterprise can easily handle data file up to 1,000,000k. "If you grow higher than this, you can either use a third party file shrink service or you will need to move to a different product," John Rocha, Technical Services Manager said.
With the normal usage of Quickbooks slowing down data files, E-tech has launched the SuperCondense proven to reduce files drastically, while increasing speed and transfer time. "This works particularly well for our Canadian and UK audience whose versions lack the Condense feature," Rocha said.
The service results in smaller QuickBooks files that are less prone to corruption or crashing with faster load times and functionality. With less space on the hard drive, Quickbooks systems are also easier to update with new versions.
Debbie L., an E-Tech customer said she tried the QuickBooks Condense on a QuickBooks Profile, but hit a dead end. "I tried the Condense on a QB Pro 2016 file as we hit the limit on customers and my boss did not want to switch to Enterprise. Although I thought I had completed all the needed backups, it took me over 6 hours seemed to lock up at 99%. I finally gave up and called E-Tech who looked after everything from start to finish, without me having to worry about anything... highly recommended service."
The QuickBooks' Condense Data Utility organizes a company data file while reducing files ranging from 300 MB to 1.2 GB between 31 and 49 percent.
"Quickbooks Online can only convert desktop data files under 350MB in size, and because the SuperCondense Service can bring down any file size, users find it easy to upgrade to QuickBooks Online," Rocha added.
