In fact, Nathaniel has most notably worked in Bosnia helping to prosecute individuals who committed war crimes and crimes against humanity. In particular, Baca helped in the prosecution of military leaders who arranged for the organized murders and rapes of innocent civilians in various towns in Bosnia.

Baca, whose resilience, persistence, and strong spirit pushed him to attain greater heights, believed in equality in men. “It is my belief that everyone, even those who committed something wrong in their lives, can still make a difference.”

And this difference was the force that catapulted him to many situations. He is very active in the community, and actually serves in the Board of Directors in the Denver Philharmonic.
