Time Warner Cable to Televise Empire State Games’ Opening Ceremonies and Daily Highlights Show Statewide

Buffalo, NY-- (SBWire) -- 07/19/2010 -- Time Warner Cable, a Gold Medal Sponsor of the 2010 Empire State Games, today announced it will be televising the Empire State Game’s Opening Ceremonies live and statewide, beginning at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 21 from University at Buffalo’s Stadium.

The Opening Ceremonies, as well as a daily wrap-up show highlighting each day’s events and results, will be aired on Time Warner Cable’s Sports channels across New York State.

The daily highlights show is being broadcast at 10 p.m. on Thursday, July 22 through Sunday, July 25.

In addition to Time Warner Cable’s live coverage, the opening ceremonies and daily wrap-up shows will be placed on free local On Demand the following day in most markets, so digital cable customers who miss the original airing can view these exciting events based on their own schedule.
