London Game Developer Launches Kickstarter to Free the Game
Story Based Game, Mixes Puzzle Elements with Agility Based Sections
Horsham, UK -- (SBWire) -- 09/11/2014 --Two children. One mysterious adventure. A cursed kingdom and an Evil Wizard. However, little boys don't have superpowers or weapons so he will have to use his brain instead of fighting and this won’t be an easy journey because the Enchanted Forest is filled with dangerous creatures loyal to the service of the Evil Wizard. A London gaming company, CG Development, has captured the essence of Super Mario and married it with the game strategies of the Incredible Machine and has launched a Kickstarter campaign and is participating in OUYA's #FreeTheGames Fund, created by OUYA to support developers making new and creative console games in order to launch the game in December 2014.
About Enchanted Kingdom
The game, Enchanted Kingdom, is a 2D platform game where the player solves logical puzzles based on real physics. The player can also build machine and use the items found in each level to distract or trap enemies. Secret doors, traps, treasures and a lot of other things also await discovery.
Currently, the game operates on multiple platforms such as the Android smartphone, iPhone and on a Ouya console. A Desktop version will also be available in a Windows version with roll-out to even more platforms a bit later.
For their participation in helping to fund the final programming and distribution of Enchanted Kingdom, angel investors are eligible to receive before market version of the exciting console game of their very own. They can also receive T-shirts, concept art book, comic books based on the game and thank you. For those unable to share the dream monetarily, the CG Development hopes that they will share the campaign through social media to bring awareness of the Enchanted Machine around the world.
OUYA will match pledges in this campaign dollar-for-dollar up to the goal amount, so the game is committed to that platform as an OUYA exclusive for a period of time.
